Regular meetings are on the second Wednesday of each month, normally at 6 pm. Location as appropriate, but normally at the new library meeting room, or staff meeting room. Reminder notes/calls are sent out on a Saturday/Sunday prior to a meeting. A term is four years; after two consecutive four year terms, it is required that two years elapse prior to taking office on the Board again.
